1Employee software needed! Empty Employee software needed! 26th May 2011, 5:58 pm

Hello! Everyone! There're 10 employees in our office and my boss is the administrator. He wants me to find some good software by which he can monitor employees’s activities and also prevent them some actions or tasks. Does anyone have any experience with a decent one? I've tried the filters built into IE but they are terrible...
I have searched google and got some like these
employee monitoring
Spy software
But there're much more..I have no idea.. Could some master tell me how to choose a reliable one from the internet?? Thank you very much!

I found this forum also looking for help, and stumbling across this thread and I see you never received the help you were looking for. I work as a HR manager, and although the software we use does not block or restrict any websites, it does give us the insight into our employees' work that we need. It takes screenshots, logs the amount of time they work and how active they are during their work hours by logging the number of keystrokes and clicks. It's called 'my team monitor' and you can register and download the program for free at myteammonitor dot com. I found that just the idea of being monitored already decreases the amount of procrastination, so there is no need to restrict them or go into deeper, more intrusive monitoring. I hope this belated reply is still helpful.
