Miss Sunidhi ego state :

Is it right to assume that the majority of controlling and over protective men(who think they have the right to control if their wife works and what she wears etc...)are those who tend to be very abusive as well? It may not be physical abuse but it could be verbal/emotional abuse or a combination of both.
Men who are very controlling, tend to be the ones with a bad temper hence leading them to be quite violent. And once their abusive nature sets in, women lose trust in them and that is when the marriage or relationship usually falls apart.

Mr Rajat

* Use rational thinking.
* Look for positives.
* Look for humor in the situation to help defuse the anger.
* Use assertive behavior, and develop a positive attitude about how Mr Rajat deal with anger.
* Use an anger journal.
* He is seemingly indifferent to emotions

Mr. Sahil

1 : He proceeds from natural feeling or native tendency without external constraint
2 : arising from a momentary impulse
3 : controlled and directed internally : SELF-ACTING
4 : produced without being planted or without human labor : INDIGENOUS
5 : developing without apparent external influence, force, cause, or treatment
6 : not apparently contrived or manipulated : NATURAL
